Hi, I’m Lisa Kula and I’m a professional web developer working in digital marketing. I began developing websites for friends and family back in 2001 and decided to make my “hobby” my career in 2004, when I returned to college to receive my degree in Web Design and Development. My goal is to help companies, organizations, and individuals create and maintain a competitive presence on the World Wide Web. I have taken careful effort to hone my skills in more than just basic web design. I also have experience working with SEO and web programming and enjoy using my exceptional problem solving skills to put organizations at the top of their game. My skillset includes a variety of languages and I am constantly learning new things. I consistently use HTML, CSS, Javascript, Flash, PHP, and MySQL. I also have experience with Visual Basic .Net, Java, and ASP. Some of my favorite software includes Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Adobe Flash. I learned the basics in Notepad but am more than comfortable using a WYSIWYG.
In addition to my web development talents, I have been traversing the road of internet marketing for over five years. I’m a firm believer that social networking can be a great tool for setting yourself apart from the masses in the online world. I enjoy creating social media presences for my clients and work hard to stay abreast of the continuous changes in the social media world.
I am always looking for freelance clients to develop new projects for. I love the excitement of creating a web presence that not only is something that my clients can be proud of but something that achieves results for them as well. In addition to web development, I enjoy an active lifestyle in the Phoenix area. I love to swim, hike, and explore the abundant wonders of the Arizona landscape. If I’m not outside, you’re likely to find me spending time with my family, reading a book, or enjoying a good video game.
